1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and software services provided by Elvora Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services & Internships
Elvora Technologies provides IT consulting, custom web and mobile application development, enterprise ERP/CRM solutions, AI integration, and developer internship training programs. All software deliverables and internship certifications are subject to project agreements and milestone approvals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, source code architecture, proprietary design assets, logos, and materials created by Elvora Technologies remain our exclusive intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client via a signed master service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvora Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our web applications or third-party cloud infrastructure hosting.
